Richmond, Virginia local designer Anna Aquino worked with Richmond Public Schools to design an outdoor garden space for the students and faculty of Chimborazzo Elemtary School.
The feature element of the garden was a space that could serve as an outdoor classroom and/or gathering space. 1" Thick Richlite R100 was cnc machined into floral shaped table tops.
Each top was then screen printed and coated with a polyester resin to perserve the printed surfaces. Richlite was chosen as the table and stool surfaces for its superior durability when exposed to the elements as well as its flat, printable surface.
